How do I connect my first source?
Add a connection and review its actual state before starting synchronization.

Before you start
- an active Netrivo account and organization
- owner or administrator permission
- provider credentials or access to provider authorization
Steps
- 1.Open Data → Integrations → Catalog.
- 2.Choose a provider and review scope, connection method and readiness.
- 3.Start configuration. Enter secrets only in the connection form.
- 4.Save the connection and wait for the access test.
- 5.Review connection state and synchronization state separately.
Expected result
The connection has an explicit state. Saved configuration alone does not prove a successful synchronization.
If something does not work
- If the access test rejects permissions, review token scopes or authorize again.
- If the provider requires pilot access, the form shows that boundary instead of pretending the connection is active.
