Why this connection is not available yet

The connector has not completed live certification for public self-service.

  2. 02The real-account provider test is not complete yet.
  3. 03We therefore do not expose a form that cannot be completed.
  4. 04After a successful test, account verification, initial sync and coverage review will become available.

Connection requirements

  • Configure a PayU settlement report, POS ID and Second key; the URL must pass server-side security validation.
  • An account with read permission for the provider scope.
  • Companion cost sources when a complete result requires data outside this provider.

Limitations

  • Public self-service remains gated pending live certification.
  • A payout is a funds movement, not another order cost.
  • A missing order identifier leaves the cost unresolved.

How do I connect PayU?

Configure a PayU settlement report, POS ID and Second key; the URL must pass server-side security validation.

Does Netrivo import historical data?

History follows the supplied settlement reports and their available range.

How are connection credentials protected?

Credentials are sent only to the backend and stored encrypted. Tokens and secrets are never placed in the browser, public logs or screenshots.

What should I do when the connection test fails?

Check the signature, POS ID, Second key and report availability at an allowed URL.

What is currently outside the PayU scope?

Public self-service remains gated pending live certification.
