Questions before connecting
How do I connect BaseLinker?
Enter the API token from BaseLinker, run the server-side read test, then start the initial sync after verification. Never place the token in a URL or screenshot.
Does Netrivo import historical data?
The connector imports orders in controlled windows and continues incrementally while preserving source identifiers.
How are connection credentials protected?
Credentials are sent only to the backend and stored encrypted. Tokens and secrets are never placed in the browser, public logs or screenshots.
What should I do when the connection test fails?
Generate or verify the API token and access to required methods. Reverify the existing connection to avoid duplicated history.
What is currently outside the BaseLinker scope?
The connector is code-ready, but public self-service live certification is incomplete.
